Sub-Base & Compaction
MOT Type 1 sub-base laid and compacted to the correct depth for the load it needs to carry.
Foundation Preparation
Strip and pad foundations for outbuildings, extensions, and garden structures — dug and formed correctly.
Retaining Structures
Retaining walls and sleeper walls to manage level changes and prevent soil movement on sloped sites.
Site Clearance
Full site clearance including vegetation removal, demolition of existing structures, and waste disposal.
